30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@puppalooza.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required. Just send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
