30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@puppalooza.store with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
- We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
- Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required. Just send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
